GROCERY SHOPPING AND DELIVERY PROCESS:

Click here to view our sample grocery list in PDF format.  To submit a request for grocery shopping and delivery,  please include quantities, brand preferences and any other pertinent information.  You can submit your grocery list via email through this website or fax.

If you have your own grocery list, include the credit card and delivery information requested on our form and submit to us via email through this website or fax.

Grocery delivery is available until 6:30 p.m. CT Monday through Sunday.  Later delivery can be arranged with a phone call to us, subject to availability of our personal shoppers.

A 48 hours advance notice is required for grocery shopping and delivery. Service with less notice will be subject to availability of our personal shoppers.

We reserve the right to charge a $25 cancellation fee for any grocery order cancelled with less than 24 hours prior notice.

Your Visa or Master Card information must be provided along with your grocery order.  We also have prepaid concierge accounts available upon request.
